The event honoured the vital role of nurses, healthcare assistants, and educators in shaping the future of the healthcare profession.

A highlight of the day was a keynote address by Ms Marie Kilduff, Director of the National Clinical Leadership Centre, about leadership in nursing and encouraged all present to embrace their roles as change-makers within the Irish healthcare system.

Ms. Mary Reilly, Midwifery Specialist Co-Ordinator, spoke on the importance of enhancing overall health and wellbeing. She also led the audience in a mindfulness session, offering a moment of reflection and calm in the busy lives of healthcare workers.
