Completing the Tourism and Travel course at Monaghan Institute was the best decision I made.  

Sarah McCaffrey recently completed the QQI Level 5 Tourism and Travel with Cabin Crew programme at Monaghan Institute, after completing her A Levels last year.   

I commenced the Travel and Tourism with Cabin Crew Training course last September and I can safely say it was one of the best decisions I made. I met so many new people and the course really allowed me to develop my expertise in the travel and tourism industry. The course is full of fun and interest. After completing my A Levels in June 2022, I had no idea what I was going to do, as I didn’t feel ready for university, but I still wanted to develop my education and this course allowed me to do so.  

I have enjoyed this course so much that now I want to develop my skills further by going to Dundalk Institute of Technology in September to study a Level 8 degree in International Travel and Tourism with Marketing. The tourism course in Monaghan Institute supplies students with the opportunity to explore and learn and I am glad I applied because I would not be where I am without it.
