Monaghan Institute Wishes Sheila Farewell 

Congratulations to Sheila Cunningham on her well-deserved retirement after 38 years of dedicated service, teaching within the further education and training sector in counties Cavan and Monaghan – the last nine of which, have been at Monaghan Institute.

Sheila has been an integral and committed member of the staff team. Her passion for education and the students she has supported over the years have made a lasting impact. Her students have acknowledged her kindness, professionalism, and her talent in making the classroom such an enjoyable environment to be in.

As she embarks on this new chapter, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and sincere gratitude to Sheila. Wishing her a retirement filled with excitement, relaxation, and time for pursuing new adventures, together with her husband Noel, and four daughters Grainne, Edel, Elaine and Maeve.
