28th March 2017 Broadcast Video Production Show

Multimedia Students from the level 5 & level 6 classes travelled to Dublin on Tuesday 28th March to attend the Broadcast Video Production Show.

Exhibitors represented over 100 manufacturers of Film and TV equipment. The show included masterclasses from Phil Coates on Shooting low budget on DSLR for Cinema Camera users and Alister Chapman on Shooting in extreme environments. Students also took part in hands-on demos including 360° video capture for VR, steadicam equipment such as handheld and big rig camera stablizer systems as well as a range of the latest audio and film/video recording equipment from Sony, Canon, Holdan, Sennheiser and goPro.
